At Perfume Box, we want you to be completely satisfied with your signature scent. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return unopened and unused fragrances in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack with Care
Securely place the perfume in its original box and use protective cushioning to prevent glass breakage during transit.
Ship the Package
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the parcel at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the seal and packaging, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
